The focus of the class will be on building and supporting a positive school culture with a strong sense of community.  Through the development and practice of effective leadership skills, Ambassadors will continuously work to build a community that is inclusive and connected with an emphasis on healthy relationships and a positive experience for ALL.  Students will have the opportunity to serve as mentors and connectors both at Timnath Middle High and within the greater Timnath Community.  This will be a fall course with extended opportunities available in the spring.

• Creating a welcoming and engaging community for all students. 

• Focus on inclusion and empowerment for every Cub in our diverse community.

• Foster relationships and meaningful connections within the school and the greater Timnath community. 

• Mentor younger students.

• Provide tours and support transition events for incoming students.

• Collaborate with Cub Vision & Timnath Navigators as Cub Leadership.

• Learn and promote healthy practices with opportunities for classroom presentations and discussions around positive relationships and choices.

• Peer Summit and/or leadership conference experience included!
